Kranj, 1 September 2024 – The excellent week of Team corratec – Vini Fantini ends with the third place conquered by the Swiss Alexandre Balmer in Gp Kranj, a one-day race on Slovenian roads won by the Russian Roman Ermakov.

The action of the CTF Victorious rider started in the penultimate of the 13 laps in the programme, surprising the other members of the leading group of which Balmer was also a part, who started chasing the Russian in the company of Matteo Baseggio. 

Ermakov managed his advantage well, taking the win while Balmer was anticipated by his companion, finishing third and achieving his first podium finish of the season. Roberto Gonzalez’s eighth place sealed a good team performance. Next appointment is the Giro del Friuli from 4 to 7 September.
